Why do we like single origin chocolate?

Fine chocolate is like fine wine and, just as real Champagne comes from a specific region of France, our unique chocolates come from specific regions of Ecuador which gives them all a distinct flavor.

Cacaoyere also markets a beautiful box made from pachaco, hand manufactured by the most skilled Ecuadorian artisans with the debris from tropical timber. This box includes six chocolate bars as well as a documentary video that will introduce you to the original sites where each cocoa variety comes from and to the people working with our product.
